Terms of Service

By accessing or using Cashday (“the Service”) at cashday.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Cashday.

Cashday is a web-based invoice generation tool. We provide two tiers of service:

• Free tier: Generate and download PDF invoices directly in your browser. No account required. No data is stored on our servers.
• Pro tier: Cloud-saved invoices, client management, recurring invoices, custom branding, and email sending. Requires an account and a paid subscription.

To use Pro features you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@cashday.app of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer partial-month refunds unless required by applicable law
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to registered users

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

The Cashday name, logo, and all software, UI designs, and content provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Cashday and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Invoices and documents you create using the Service remain your property. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASHDAY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account via the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your stored data within 30 days of account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
